1. Donations

• All donations made to Malini Charitable Trust are final and non-refundable.

• If you believe a duplicate transaction or technical issue occurred, please notify us within 7 working days with the transaction details.

• Verified refunds will be processed to the original source within 10 business days.

Sponsorship/Event Support

• In case of event cancellations initiated by us, sponsors may request refunds or opt to reallocate the amount to another project.

• Voluntary withdrawals from events will not be eligible for refunds.
