Healing Where Hospitals Can’t: Inside Kaivalya Holistic Centres
Founded by Malini Savera, a certified Reiki practitioner and lifelong student of energy healing, Kaivalya is not an “alternative” to medicine — it’s a companion to care.
In areas where mental health is still taboo, therapy still unaffordable, and hospitals still miles away — Kaivalya offers something rare:
A safe space to sit. To breathe. To feel.
No judgment. No labels. Just healing.
What Happens at Kaivalya?
Each centre operates weekly sessions with certified volunteers and practitioners who offer:
-
Reiki therapy (hands-on energy healing for emotional and physical distress)
-
Sound therapy (using singing bowls, bells, or chants to regulate stress)
-
Meditation and breathwork (basic guided sessions in Hindi or regional language)
-
Art + Expression sessions for children and women
-
Safe circle discussions on grief, anger, anxiety, and loneliness
These aren’t crash courses. They are slow, intentional spaces where people come as they are — and leave just a little lighter.

“When I sat in that room, I didn’t feel broken. No one asked me what happened. They just asked if I wanted to breathe with them. That saved me.”
